Welcome to the Toombs County Middle School Media Center!

The Toombs County Middle School is open during regular school days from 7:35 until 3:10 for students to check out library books, work on school projects, to read quietly, or for faculty to collaborate on classroom instruction with the Media Specialist.

You can access our school's library book collection and electronic books via Destiny Discover. Use Destiny Discover to search for interesting books to read. Remember 20 minutes of daily reading is proven to increase standardized test scores. Use one of the links below to get started searching for great reads in the TCMS library.

Media Specialist Terri Overstreet

Terri Overstreet

Ms. Overstreet is a graduate of the Toombs County School system. She has been an employee of the Toombs County school system for 27 years having served as a classroom teacher at Toombs County High School, Media Specialist at Toombs Central Elementary, and Media Specialist at Toombs County Middle School.

Ms. Overstreet received her undergraduate degree at Brewton Parker College and received both her Master of Education degree and Educational Specialist degree at Georgia Southern University.
