Due to the need for buses and the travel requirements of our football team, band, and cheerleaders, as well as community flexibility, we will have the following school operations changes next week. Monday, Dec. 16th- We will have an early release day at Noon. Principals will work to ensure we serve lunches to our students before we dismiss at Noon.
Tuesday, Dec. 17th- School will be closed
Wednesday, Dec. 18th- Regular School Day

TCHS hosted the Heavy Equipment Operator (HEO) State Championship on Dec. 2-3. TCHS HEO teacher, Tom Brodnax, competed in the teacher divisions and took home some great prizes with 2nd place in the "Teacher On The Iron" and 3rd place in the "Excavator Simulator Teacher Competition." Ryder Sears (Junior) competed against 23 other students from all across the state in the excavator competition, while Tanner Mobley (Senior) represented us in the dozer competition. They showed off their skills that earned them the top spots from their classes and the privilege of representing Toombs County.
