This morning Mr. Mercer recognized our four retirees. We are thankful for the dedication these teachers have demonstrated to our school and our students. We wish each of them a wonderful and well-deserved retirement!

7th and 8th grade math students displayed their capstone projects for parents to view during the TCMS Honors Days celebrations.
Toombs County Middle School 7 Mindsets Year End Project. Students designed a banner of what the 7 Mindsets meant to them.
6th grade students worked together to create their math capstone project demonstrating all they have learned this school year!

What is a perfect ending to any summer day?? A cookout, of course!! TCMS wrapped up Staff Appreciation week with hot off the grill hamburgers and hotdogs!

TCMS Beta Club Field Trip 2024 #setthestandard
Important information about our rescheduled Bulldog Games Day.
After careful consideration and for the safety of our staff, students, and community we are cancelling school on Friday, May 10th. Our community still has widespread power outages and expects more storms tomorrow. We feel it is simply not safe to have school transportation to be on the roads tomorrow. We will be back to normal school operations on Monday, May 13th.
Stay Safe.
Toombs County Schools will delay dismissal to 3 PM to allow buses to get in place. Thank you parents for being patient and understanding of this severe weather delay. Students may be later than normal getting home.
Nothing is better on a hot summer day than a refreshing glass of water!! TCMS staff were treated to sparkling water to flavor as they like, and topped off with a fruit skewer!!
Thank you to Young Farmers for providing delicious cupcakes to TCMS! They were a tasty treat to go with our water refreshers!
The sixth grade students have been learning about Drug Awareness. Thank you Investigator McCoy, Investigator Farmer, and the Toombs County Sheriff’s Department for presenting to us today the importance of being drug free. #setthestandard
